House Cleaning
- We offer house cleaning services for rentals, second home owners & full time residences.
- Thorough cleaning including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living & dining room.
- Amendable to deep cleaning.
- Polish all exterior appliances. (Cleaning inside of oven & refrigerator included in deep clean)
- Cabinet fronts. (Cleaning inside of cabinets included in deep clean)
- Wipe down baseboards.
- Counters & sink scrubbed & disinfected.
- Vacuum & mop floors.
- Trash removal.
- Strip beds, wash and change linens. (Customers washer/dryer)
- Dust furniture.
- Wipe down visible baseboards. (Furniture moving to access hard to reach baseboards included in deep clean)
- Dust ceiling fans. (Within reach)
- General straightening.
- Vacuum/mop floors.
- Shower/bathtub tile scrubbed & disinfected.
- Sinks scrubbed & disinfected.
- Chrome fixtures cleansed & polished.
- Toilets cleansed & disinfected.
- Windowsills & vents wiped down.
- Wipe & disinfect countertops.
- Wipe down baseboards.
- Trash removal.
- Vacuum & mop floors.
- Glass/mirrors cleansed.
- Dust furniture & knick knacks.
- Upholstered furniture vacuumed.
- Clean fireplace glass.
- Dust ceiling fans. (Within reach)
- Wipe down visible baseboards. (Furniture moving to access hard to reach baseboards included in deep clean)
- Windowsills cleansed.
- General straightening.
- Vacuum/mop floors.
- Dust all surfaces.
- Wipe down table & chairs.
- Vacuum floor.
- Restock consumables – coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners, soap & shampoo, etc.
- Refrigerator – remove items left behind from guest.
- Run dishwasher and return all dining utensils.
- Report any items left behind by guests.
- Report and document any damages or signs of forcible entry into locked areas.
- Blinds dust & wash– $6 per.
- Fireplace & hearth cleaning – $20. (included with deep clean, no chimney sweeping)
- Oven cleaning – $40 (included with deep clean).
- Refrigerator cleaning – $45 (included with deep clean).
A deep clean is a much more involved & lengthy process where all aspects of the home are given full attention. This will include, but is not limited to, the additional following items.
- Cobweb removal from all high/low areas & walls.
- Inside of oven & refrigerator – discard expired food, scrub & disinfect.
- Clean garbage disposal.
- Flip bedroom mattresses.
- Inside and tops of cabinets including degreasing those areas from years of build up.
- Furniture moving to access all baseboards & flooring.
- Light fixture removal to vacuum dead insects, grime & polish those fixtures.
- Wipe down doors, frames, remove scuff marks from walls.
- Wash all rugs. (Customers Machine)
- Wash garbage cans.
- Wet wipe & disinfect nearly all areas/items of home.
Winter Services
- Have a property in the backcountry that needs some attention? We have snowmobiles that can easily reach your cabin.
- Maintain your homes appearance to lessen the signs of absence.
- Respond to alarm notifications & emergencies.
- Receiving packages.
- Hot tub pH balance, top off, snow removal from cover and path to.
- Propane tank snow removal and level check.
Summer Services
- We have ATVs in our fleet as well to access your backcountry cabin in the summer for maintenance.
- Light towing available.
- Culvert clean out & correction.
- Moss removal from roof.
- Trash can pressure washing & sanitization.
- Trash and dump runs.
- Overgrowth reduction.
- Forget something or need something taken back? Weekly trips to Sacramento – deliveries as needed.
