Please note we do not charge an hourly rate for house cleaning. Service is based off square footage of home.
$0.29/SF for DEEP clean
$0.10/SF for REGULAR clean
- House cleaning – A DEEP clean on a 1500 sq ft home takes approximately 6hr for 2 workers. i.e. 1500 sq ft x $0.29 = $435
A REGULAR clean on a 1500 sq ft home takes approximately 2hr for 2 workers. i.e 1500 sq ft x $0.10 = $150
These are generalized estimates. We will come do a walk through first to identify any areas that may take longer and provide a more precise quote. Many factors influence the cost such as current condition, expected time to complete, complexity of tasks, pets, location.
- Window washing – Full service includes interior and exterior, screen, track & frame. $16 per window. Job minimum $200.
- Blinds dust & wash- $6 per.
- Fireplace & hearth cleaning – $20. (included with deep clean, no chimney sweeping)
- Trash can cleaning & sanitization. (Interior & exterior) $12 per bin.
- Monthly wellness check of your property. (Carefully examine the exterior of property & document using our extensive checklist). $30 per visit.
- Pine firewood – split & seasoned. $350 full cord, $200 1/2 cord, $150 1/4 cord. Stacking for full cord $150, 1/2 cord $75, 1/4 cord $40. Delivery included if ordering any cord + stacking.
- General labor for all other services. i.e. property clean up, chainsaw work, firewood splitting, driveway & deck pine needle removal, snow removal – berms, decks, sheds, propane tanks, hot tub maintenance. $55/hr

Homes inspections can be scheduled based on your needs. We recommend as a minimum monthly checks to address small issues before they turn into larger, more costly issues.
